My furnance had an error code and was not heating. I contacted Sal and he immediately investigated problem. He came over my home to troubleshoot problem with furnace. Determined it was the fan motor, ordered a new one and replaced it the next morning.
Sal installed my furnace and ac unit nearly 10 years ago. It was like seeing an old friend again.

I have been using Sal and Pinnacle for a few years now for service issues. They have been very accommodating. They have very reasonable rates and have saved me money many times. they are thorough and they do not leave until it is working properly. They do not put in parts if not needed. I have referred them to several of my neighbors who tell me that they are very satisfied with them!

Sal and Sam at Pinnacle HVAC are AWESOME!! I needed air conditioning installed at my condo. They promptly quoted the project and after I gave them the thumbs up, they were able to install it within days. A crane was necessary to move my new unit onto the rooftop. Sal coordinated the crane with the installation. These gentlemen are passionate about heating/air as well as outstanding customer service.
