Extremely satisfied with our Lopi Stove purchase and installation. Diane and Kaeli did a fantastic job of addressing our concerns, handling the Quote, the work order, scheduling, and answering any questions we had very rapidly. Installation was also solid, and it was done very professionally by Tom, and his assistant Primo. This company won our selection verses two other competitors, simply by our admiration of sincere customer service and we would recommend them to anyone. They continued to impress us all through the process of the purchase of our wood stove.
