It is vital that key life safety systems are operating properly before an emergency situation occurs. ITB provides initial and periodic testing of key life safety systems such as Smoke Evacuation Systems, Fire Dampers and Stairwell Pressurization Systems. This includes identifying dampers and verifying proper installation and operation, testing and setting pressure relationships, and verifying maximum door pull strength. ITB performs a comprehensive performance review of all HVAC equipment and distribution systems to evaluate energy consumption and make recommendations to improve efficiency.
