From scheduling the appointment to our service today, the team at Taylor practiced exceptional customer service. I received a reminder call yesterday, then a call during my appointment time that the technician Brett was on his way. Brett was very friendly and knowledgeable, providing me with important maintenance tips while he completed our tune-up service. I will definitely use Taylor for any future needs and recommend them to my friends and family!
Our heater went out last Tues night. I called Taylor Heating at 7 Wednesday morning and although they were fully booked, she found room to have someone come out that day as it was really cold. They gave us the option of repair and let us know what we would be looking at for that cost vs replacing our heater. They never tried to pressure us one way or the other, just gave us the info and let us make an informed decision. They worked with us and the credit union we were working with to get the new furnace installed the next day. They were prompt and courteous and did what they said they would do. At no point did I feel like we were being taken advantage of. Highly recommend Taylor Heating and Air. Thank you so much for the quick response and honest service.
