This has got to be the absolute worst ac company I've ever had to deal with. Their communication skills in office and through technicians is incredibly lacking. My home warranty company sent them to me and we are still dealing with the same issue for 3 weeks now. They will randomly charge you for things, but yet still not fix the issue. They have been out 6 times now, supposed to be 7 but one time they said they were on their way and didnt ever bother showing up. Do not hire them if you have a choice of company.
