Diversified Heating & Cooling, Inc. was founded in 1987 as the result of more than 42 years of experience servicing the commercial and industrial market. We recognized that residential housing had become as complex as the industry we were servicing and that our expertise and background would enable us to fulfill these needs as well. So, in 1993, DHC acquired Farmington Hills Heating & Cooling and Northland Heating & Cooling, servicing the residential market since 1957. To provide full service repair and installation of heating, cooling and associated components to the commercial, industrial and residential market by providing reliable products and services, consistent in quality and value while maintaining integrity and the trust of its' customers with trained and compentant employees, at all levels, who are focused on customer satisfaction in order to provide a reasonable profit for continued growth and stability.
