I have a great deal of admiration for John, having used his services for approximately six years now. It was a neighbor's recommendation that initially led me to him, and since then, I have never experienced any disappointment. I have complete trust in John's honesty and integrity, and I am consistently impressed by how promptly he provides assistance. Overall, I highly recommend him, giving him a rating of 11 out of 10.

This company was wonderful from start to finish. They were the ones my home warranty contracted with to replace my hot water tank, and I highly recommend them. Although they are not exactly local to me, they still accepted the job.
They took the time to answer my questions and explain how everything would work, and they followed up with me. They also kept my home warranty informed every step of the way. Miss Billie was extremely sweet, and John, or at least I think that was his name, was very professional and kind.
I would use them again without hesitation.

I have used Mullen's services several times, and he is the only contractor I know who is 100 percent honest. After another contractor did some work, I had Mullen come out and he found some issues, but he did not speak poorly of the other contractor. Instead, he suggested that I could fix the problem myself or call the other contractor to come back and fix it for free. Mullen did not charge me for the visit. He estimated the repair would cost 2500 dollars.
When the other contractor returned, he did not fix the issue for free and instead quoted a price of 5000 dollars for the repair, leaving me stuck with the less reliable contractor. Mullen has also helped me in the past, around 8 years ago, by cleaning a part on my furnace that was nearing the end of its life, allowing me to use it for an additional 8 years. He is a good person.

I called John after another company had told me I needed a $5,000 new condenser because my compressor had gone bad. After a couple of hours troubleshooting the tech "Tim" went to town cleaning out the coils. They were filthy. The other company - who had been "servicing" this system for my elderly parents had never once cleaned the coils. After cleaning them twice, using some foaming chemical that breaks up dirt - he got the system up and running without overheating - as it had been. These guys REALLY took their time to fix my condenser instead of trying to privateer big bucks by selling me a new system. I will never call anyone else again. This is an honest professional.
