Preschool has long-term benefits for those who attend and we have spots open in our high-qualityHead Start centers for the 2017-2018 school year that begins this fall. Please help us spread the word about Head Start enrollment by downloading and printing out the fliers below and post them at your local library, the recreation center and local neighborhood businesses. Unfortunately, poverty is growing in our community. In addition to Head Start, the Council for Economic Opportunities encourages individuals and families to learn and achieve through our personal, family and professional development workshops offered through our three Neighborhood Opportunity Centers.

We open our doors every day to help low-income people of all ages access the resources they need to overcome immediate distress, find better opportunities, and build toward brighter futures. Poverty is complex with many variables that impact individuals and families, the challenges they face, and the paths to improve their situations. CEOGC understands this complexity. We work diligently to ensure each person, each family gets the support necessary to transform their lives and strengthen our community.
