Needed to replace A/C and furnas. Called Blue Frost and spoke with a very friendly young lady who set up our appointment. They communicated who was responding and a time of arrival via text and email. The technician Brian was very helpful in determining what type of products was best for my home and facilitated ordering and scheduling an install date. Brian was also very helpful in getting our old A/C working temporarily until the install.
The day of install went well. Kevin and Jon were very friendly and answered all my questions. They worked very efficiently. The install went very smoothly. I would highly recommend Blue Frost to anyone. Their employees, from initial call until the completion of the job, were excellent. Thank you for a job well done.
