Roessler Equipment Company was founded in 1963 by Charles Bradbury Roessler as a Commercial HVAC Representative, serving the greater Houston, Texas region. Originally working out of his home, Charlie (as he is known) soon moved to an office in Downtown Houston on Louisiana Street. By 1966 the business had grown to the point that Charlie needed more space and he bought the property at 5805 Schumacher Lane, which at the time was primarily a residential neighborhood. Roessler Equipment Company is still located at the same location, although things have changed over the years.
Evidence why you should always winterize your equipment even in Houston! Solid ice in the basin and ice in the Lakos Separator. Luckily there was no damage to the REYMSA Cooling Tower! #REYMSA #lakos
