Kenneth came to our condo to inspect and clean our hear pump soon after we moved in. He was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. We had never lived in a house with a heat pump, and he happily explained what he was doing as he worked. He had to run a hose from our washing machine through our bedroom window during his visit, and the hose was spotlessly clean, so it didn't soil my brand new carpeting. Kenneth drove from our house on James Island to get a filter from a company in North Charleston and back again that afternoon to install it and complete the job. His charge for the whole job was very reasonable; I highly recommend Kenneth and Customer's Preference!

Highly recommend Kenneth! He came to our rescue when our AC was out for days. He explained everything that needed fixed and was fair in pricing. He even followed up the next day to make sure everything was still good! Great service!
