He had to run a hose from our washing machine through our bedroom window during his visit, and the hose was spotlessly clean, so it didn't soil my brand new carpeting. Kenneth drove from our house on James Island to get a filter from a company in North Charleston and back again that afternoon to install it and complete the job.
