Customer Service is about putting the needs of your customer above your very own. This is the definition of Adam at Milestone Electric. When I answered the door, I could not open it because it was stuck. Adam asked, what was wrong with the door? He did not stop there, he then asked if I minded if he took a look at it. I said of course and in less than 10 minutes he repaired the door! Upon completion, he inspected my home and conducted a walk through with me to identify components connected my electrical system. He then observed the Technician he was on boarding to fix the GIF outlet in the kitchen. Power to all my electrical outlets have been restored in the kitchen.
