I had a great experience with Mike, who was able to diagnose the problem with our furnace. He then went back to the office to retrieve a replacement part and returned shortly after to complete the job. Our furnace is now running great thanks to his work.

Our thermostat stopped working last night. We use Ventec for both installation and maintenance and they have always been great so we called them first thing in the morning. They called back promptly and said they wanted to check if it was a battery issue that we could fix on our own. Talked through the process step by step and we were able to fix it ourselves, saving us a service call. They could have just come out, done the one-minute fix, and charged us for a visit, but instead, they saved us time and money with no profit for them. How many companies would do that for a customer? Highly recommend!

The folks at Ventec are courteous, prompt, knowledgable and charge a fair price. Mike was at my house; he was very pleasant, professional and thorough. Our first experience was very positive with our A/C so we called them again when we had furnace trouble. They are now our "go-to" folks for both.
