We called to have our regular yearly maintenance check on our AC unit. We have used this company before and had no problems. Unfortunately, the technician quoted us an outrageous sum of 9800.00 for repairs on running, functioning units! Not only that, but he then suggested they be replaced for the bargain price of 20,000.00! But not to worry, we can finance them thru the company. Clearly this "gentleman" thought we were complete idiots and would not get a second opinion. We did (obviously) and not only will the other technician do the actual repairs needed for under 500.00, but he also showed me several parts and covers that your technician chose not to put back on after his assessment. I will NEVER use or recommend this company and will share my experience with anyone who asks.
We had a new A/C put on our house and some vents rerun. Robert A & Rodrigo A. Were on time and did a professional job. They put everything in and cleaned up completely. I would recommend both of them for any insulation. Everything was completed exactly as the original salesman had stated. The York A/C is doing a much better job than our old A/C. I recommend George Brazil A/C very highly.
