The service man arrived as scheduled, he actually performed the service beyond my expectations, the cost of the service was totally acceptable. I moved to Pearland close to 4 years ago, and was looking for a service company that I could rely on for my heating and A/C work. Captain’s Cooling is now that service company. I am SOOOO glad I called Captain's Cooling. They came out within hours and fixed the A/C. Very professional, prompt, and polite. Plus, the bill was very reasonable. The last two services we used sent technicians who tried to up sell us on things we didn't need, and they didn't fix the underlying problems. I don't write reviews very often, but CC deserved a good one. We'll use them for all future A/C and heating needs!
