Where should I start! Well let's begin with Chris my installer from his professionalism to his awesome attitude to install a furnace on Saturday was great! My piece of mind is perfect and his willingness to educate myself and my family on the operation of our new furnace and thermostat was awesome I'll recommend comfort solutions and shout it from the roof top! Everyone at Comfort Solutions that we dealt with was amazing. They are all focused on Customer Service and it shows in the way that they treat people. Joe, Miranda and Susan have all been wonderful to work with as we worked through the process. I cannot say enough about Jeremy and Dylan and their professionalism in the installation of the equipment. They treated our house like it was their own, putting down tarps to cover the carpet and always cleaning up after themselves.
They clearly communicated the process to us so that there were no surprises as the installation progressed. The quality and craftsmanship of the installation is second to none. I would highly recommend Comfort Solutions to anyone.
