From the first call requesting assistance for a plumbing issue I was impressed with the courtesy and enthusiasm of the young lady answering the telephone. She kept me informed of the arrival time of the technician. The technician Jeff arrived within two hours which was an amazing response time especially considering our location was almost an hour away. Jeff was very professional, friendly, and did a great job of explaining what needed to be done. He very efficiently fixed our plumbing problems. Overall a very positive experience and I highly recommend Hiller.
Hiller Plumbing took care of my broken water pipe on Saturday. They worked from 2 pm to 8:30 pm to give us water. Bruce Swift had to call Jim Knott for parts at 6 pm and Michael Jennings to help him dig the hole. All three stayed until 8;30 pm to give us water. Bruce said his people have stayed past midnight to take care of their customers. Amazing service at a very fair price. I highly recommend Hiller
