I have been using Dial One for about 15 years since they installed my system. I have only had one problem with my system and it was last year. A relay stuck which prevented my system from cooling. I called for service and the tech was out that afternoon and repaired my system in less than any hour. I can highly recommend Dial One for anyone's AC/Heating needs.
