We are in the process of finishing our basement and were trying to get a couple of bids on adding a gas fireplace. I called the Maple Grove store and got a message stating that they were closed for training. I thought that was a bit odd and was a bit surprised that they wouldn't at least have someone answering phones and things like that during normal business hours, but figured I'd try submitting a request for an estimate on line. I did this and once I clicked submit on the form a notice popped up stating that someone would call me within 1 business day.that was 3 days ago, and still haven't heard from anyone there. Perhaps they should have a day of training on getting back to people? Anyway, that was enough to convince me to go with someone else (won't use their name).we placed our order yesterday :) Very strange way of conducting business, folks of Fireside.very strange indeed.
