You do not need to have an existing service plan, nor do you even have to be an existing customer to take advantage of our round the clock emergency service. Please note that emergency service is defined as no heat in the main zone during the heating season (October through May), serious fuel leaks or dangerous situations.

Only our automatic delivery customers qualify for one of our comprehensive service plans. Hi-Ho offers two different service plans to choose from depending on the level of coverage desired. We also offer add-ons plans for oil fired hot water heaters and oil tanks. Unlike many other companies, listed parts and corresponding labor are always included no matter which plan you choose. Over time all heating equipment will have parts that will need to be replaced. Our Comfort Plan offers coverage of those parts that typically fail as a result of general wear and tear.
