Mr. Davis has been providing construction materials testing and inspection services since 2004. Mr. Davis has been in a supervisory and project management role since 2008. Mr. Davis has experience with concrete, soils, and asphalt testing in the field and laboratory. Mr. Davis has performed and supervised over testing and inspection of major projects throughout the Dallas Fort Worth area including UTSW New University Hospital 13 story tower, St. Mark's School of Texas, Fort Worth Museum of Science and History, and Cook Children's Medical Center new towers and parking garages.
Mr. Shirazi is one of the founding partners of Alliance Geotechnical Group, Inc. As Senior Vice President of the firm, he also serves as the Construction Materials Engineering Principal. Mr. Shirazi has been serving the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex since 1982 in the engineering and testing fields, and has been responsible for managing all aspects of construction materials engineering for a wide range of infrastructure-related projects. Prior to establishing Alliance Geotechnical Group, Inc., Mr. Shirazi served as the Senior Vice President of Operations and Construction Materials Testing for over 19 years with a major North Texas firm.
Mr. Allen offers experience in Geotechnical Engineering and Construction Materials Engineering services for municipal, educational, commercial, industrial, residential and state projects. Prior to joining Alliance Geotechnical Group, Mr. Allen served as the Geotechnical Division Manager for a local engineering firm. Mr. Allen has been responsible for numerous aspects of geotechnical engineering and construction materials engineering services including preparing soils reports, managing field drilling operations, overseeing geotechnical laboratory testing, providing consulting services for geotechnical engineering and construction materials engineering projects requiring soils analyses and problem solving.
Mr. Cisneros offers over 39 years of experience in the design and construction of major transportation facilities. With almost 20 years of prior service at TxDOT, he has worked in both the private and public sector as an owner and consultant. His experience spans all aspects of project delivery including planning, design, right-of-way, utilities and construction management. Mr. Cisneros has significant experience managing the execution of projects delivered by both traditional and alternative delivery methods including design-build.
Mr. Nance serves as the President of Alliance Geotechnical Group, Inc. and has experience in project management, personnel management, budgeting, scheduling and day-to-day operations of construction materials testing services. Mr. Nance has been serving the Dallas /Fort Worth metroplex since 1992. Mr. Nance's project responsibilities with both the public and private sectors span a wide range including extensive experience with municipalities, wastewater treatment plants, residential, retail and commercial developments, major multi-lane highways and high, mid and low-rise structures.
Mr. Roland has extensive experience in geotechnical engineering and consulting and serves as a Principal for Alliance Geotechnical Group, Inc. Mr. Roland has been serving the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex since 1987. Mr. Roland has managed multi-million dollar projects over the past few years including the Dallas Levee Project and numerous TxDOT Contracts. The Dallas Levee Project was an 18 month long project with billings of 3.4 million dollars. For this project, Mr. Roland managed eight drilling crews, eight engineers/geologist loggers, two transportation crews, and six laboratory personnel simultaneously.
