A former US Army microwave instructor, Jim has over 43 years of experience in the low voltage, computing and networking fields with extensive design and construction experience developing copper and fiber and wireless systems to provide connectivity to government, enterprise, education and medical entities. Jim founded JTS in 1988, and incorporated JTS in 1995. JTS is a system integrator which provides services such as customer needs analysis, design, engineering, procurement, construction and maintenance services.
