What are your greenhouse hours?
We're open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM. We're closed on major holidays.
Do you offer plant care consultations?
Yes, our staff provides free in-person care advice and maintains detailed online care guides for all plant types.
Are your orchids grown locally?
All our orchids are grown in our DeLand, Florida greenhouse using hybridization techniques developed over 85 years.
Do you ship plants nationwide?
We offer nationwide shipping but recommend local pickup for delicate specimens to ensure plant health.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, cash, and checks for in-person purchases. Online payments require card transactions.
Can I return purchased plants?
Returns must be requested within 7 days. Plants damaged by freezing temperatures during shipping cannot be refunded.
