We spent almost $4,000 plus to have a gas stove that looks like a traditional stove installed in our in law unit. Jotul makes a quality product. However; that is where it ends. The office and customer service staff, a female staff member, was pissy, insulting, and demanded we allow a rescheduling of the building inspector of their work-on a days notice. Since we were having our floors re-done, they would be wet and or not ready to walk on. The previously scheduled inspection was a no show by the City inspector.
