Worthless. Tech comes out looks at the unit comes back with a gold through bronze option with pricing but can't actually tell you what you are paying for or exactly what is wrong with the unit. Ask how much parts and labor would be and then told that's the price take it or leave it. Word for word told by the tech "we don't tell you the price of the parts" Be very careful using these folks, borderline predatory.
Just had Raymond do a check up on my unit. It had been sounding a little different. I had him do one of their cleaning jobs and it runs perfectly now. There was a small problem with a pipe that broke but it was fixed at no charge to me. I will use them again.
Jasper did my semi annual service for both units and did an excellent job. He was able to show me photos of exactly what he found in need of replacing which made it easy to make a decision on how to move forward. Great company! Last year when no one else could find the problem they did. I would highly recommend using Vortechs. Ask for Jasper.
