Sitting in the store right now waiting for the corsage for my niece's prom to be made a second time. The order was placed over two weeks ago and was not ready when I showed up. When I gave my name the lady asked twice as if I don't know my own name. When we ordered the corsage originally there was one being made and we requested the same design. Today the first one brought out was massive and not at all what we requested. The second attempt was not what we ordered either and was told they didn't have what we ordered on hand. Isn't that the point of ordering? I expect to get what was ordered not told "at least she'll have something." No apologies from the staff except to keep saying they don't have what was ordered on hand. Absolutely poor customer service and I will definitely not be coming back to this location. The 1 star is for the terrible, dismissive attitude of the staff. I remember this used to be one of the best places to get flowers.
