What to do if your furnace is not working. 1. Check the breaker in the main panel. 2. Check the fuse/ power switch located on /near the furnace. 3. Turn the power switch off wait 30 seconds and turn the switch back on to reset furnace. 4. Check that the thermostat display is on. (Check if thermostat uses batteries and replace if needed.) 5. Make sure thermostat is set to heat mode. 6. Raise thermostat set point 5 degrees. 7. Check furnace air filter and replace if dirty.
