There's a reason why The Restoration Company's finished projects last so long. We've had plenty of practice. It all began in 1991, when Bill Nieder, a Bay Area native started the company. After working for a Civilian Contracting firm as a flight-deck installer on aircraft carriers and later for a large Waterproofing outfit in Marin County, he had learned the ins and outs of the trade. He was ready to start his own business and planned to provide so much needed waterproofing services for San Francisco Bay homeowners and General Contractors alike.
