Coast Architects, Inc. (CAI) is a full service Architectural design organization located in Spanish Fort, Alabama. Our diversified practice includes comprehensive architectural, program/construction management, environmental, interior design, planning, and development management services. Our firm has the latest technology and equipment, adequate insurance coverage, and the most qualified personnel available. CAI was formed in 2005 with the merger of Phillip N. Owens & Associates, LLC, with William T. Partridge Jr., PC.
