Services
Foundation Repair
We address foundation settlement and instability using helical piers, resistance piers, and mudjacking. Our methods stabilize sinking floors, bowing walls, and cracked foundations, ensuring long-term structural integrity. Services include soil pressure analysis and customized repair plans for residential and commercial properties.
Basement Wall Repair
Our team fixes bowing, cracked, or leaning basement walls caused by hydrostatic pressure or soil expansion. Techniques include carbon fiber reinforcement, wall anchors, and waterproofing to prevent mold and water intrusion in Birmingham's climate.
Crawlspace Encapsulation
We install vapor barriers and drainage systems to seal crawlspaces, preventing humidity, mold, and structural decay. This improves indoor air quality and energy efficiency while protecting foundations from Alabama's damp weather.
Floor Leveling
Using laser and plane leveling, we correct uneven floors caused by foundation shifts. Services restore structural stability and aesthetics for garages, basements, and commercial spaces in Hoover and Vestavia Hills.
Waterproofing
Our basement and foundation waterproofing includes sump pump installation, exterior drainage, and crack sealing. These measures protect properties from Birmingham's heavy rainfall and soil moisture damage.
