They used to be a good company. However in the past six months they've really gone down hill. We have one new ac that still hasn't passed inspection since October. They refuse to fix it. Our other ac is broken and they've promised us twice to call us back with updates and never have. They've also promised us the part would be in today to fix it. We confirmed yesterday that they would have the parts. Now this morning they don't have the parts. I'm highly disappointed and would warn anyone against using them. We've recommended them to friends in the past. We were very wrong about 4 seasons.

I have had 4 Seasons for over 15 years and have no complaints! They give you a window of time when the tech will be there and I have never had to wait. The office staff is great and all the techs are very polite and knowledgeable. The maintenance contract (2 visits a year) is affordable and if you have any issues in between, you are given priority scheduling (had to do it once when it was freezing cold and heat didn't work). They are the best in the Orlando area!
