Positioning Navigation Timing Systems
NTA develops and integrates Assured Positioning, Navigation and Timing (APNT) technologies for ground, missile and aviation systems. Our engineers work with state-of-the-art test equipment including precision centrifuges and vibration tables to evaluate navigation system performance. We provide integration expertise for GPS receivers and anti-jam electronics across various military platforms while developing solutions for GPS-denied environments. Our capabilities include modeling, simulation, and hardware-in-the-loop testing to ensure system reliability in contested environments.
Software Engineering
Our software engineers specialize in missile system applications with expertise in six-degree-of-freedom simulations and hardware-in-the-loop testing. We follow rigorous development processes with peer reviews at each phase while maintaining bi-directional traceability for requirements. Our team develops test automation tools and performs code coverage analysis to ensure software reliability. We support the complete software lifecycle from requirements capture through formal qualification testing for defense systems.
Electronics Design
NTA designs custom electronic solutions for defense applications including high-speed digital communication circuits and power management systems. Our engineers develop embedded systems using Xilinx and Intel FPGA technologies while creating low-noise analog interfaces. We specialize in PCB designs for military applications with expertise in DDR4, PCIe, and MIL-STD-1553 protocols. Our capabilities include VHDL development and integration of custom intellectual property modules for specialized defense requirements.
Guidance Control
We design and test guidance and control systems for precision weapons with expertise in autopilot algorithms and actuator fabrication. Our engineers develop control actuation systems using brushless DC motors while creating software models for integration into larger simulations. We provide fire control solutions compliant with MIL-STD-1760 and 1553 standards while supporting stockpile reliability programs for fielded missile systems through specialized test beds.
Mechanical Design
NTA offers complete mechanical design and precision machining capabilities for defense applications. Our engineers use Abaqus and SolidWorks for finite element analysis while developing missile components and test fixtures. The CNC machining facility produces low-volume, high-precision parts from billet aluminum and stainless steel with tight tolerances. We support the complete product lifecycle from concept design through prototyping and production for military missile systems.
