When I first contacted Steve, around 8:30AM, at Chambers he was extremely responsive and asked how he could help. I explained what my issues were with my AC unit which wasn't blowing cold air. He indicated he would contact a team member within the company and they will be over to address and fix the issues. After about 20 minutes I inquired on a time frame so I can plan my day accordingly, Steve responded "He is there now" and there was a knock on my front door, this was about 8:50 AM.
