American Retail Contractors, LLC. is based in Phoenix, Arizona. We are a General Contracting Company specializing in commercial and retail construction. Our experienced team of professionals have been building and remodeling retail stores, commercial buildings and shopping centers for the last thirty two years. Some of these include McDonalds, Heartland Dental, Black Rock Coffee, PDQ, Bush's Chicken, Mod Pizza, Aspen Dental, Big Lots, Office Max, Pet Club, Dollar General, Payless ShoeSource, Blast Fitness, Family Thrift, Sunrise Preschools, Big O Tires, Wilhelm Auto, Native Grill & Wings, Salad and Go, as well as many developer driven shell projects.
I started out in the construction industry because I have always had an affinity to build things even as a young man. Coming up through the ranks, first as a Carpenter, then a Superintendent, Project Manager, Director of Operations, Vice President, and now President/Owner, taught me all levels of the industry and definitely gives me a better understanding of what it takes to bring a quality project to the client every time. With that background, what I do in the construction industry comes natural to me and I consider myself lucky to be making a living doing something I love.
