Established in 1990, LRI, is an Arizona based 501C (3) non-profit corporation licensed to do business in both Arizona and Texas. As a non-profit, and having our CHDO designation, we're able to provide investors capital advantages unavailable to for-profit developers. LRI is looking to partner with like-minded investors in our pursuit of value add multi-family and senior housing acquisitions as well as new construction developments. The Mission of Life Rebuilders is the delivery and maintenance of very large volumes of extremely high quality housing at exceptionally affordable prices, available to families with low and moderate incomes, and to all senior adults.
