ACTS installed a new A/C system for us when we moved here in 2006. Since then, their service personnel have always done a great job. Our most recent service was a routine maintenance check performed by Greg. He was very courteous and professional. Greg is a credit to the organization and will be welcomed to our home anytime!

My air conditioning unit was stopped working last night while I was asleep. This morning when I contacted my landlord he had me call you all. Even though I know you all have a very busy schedule this time of year. You sent Ryan to my house by 11 this morning and he was able to fix the problem. Ryan was very personable and polite and I appreciate the quick and courteous service I received. My house will be nice and cool when I get off work today thanks to you all!
