As Marketing / Administration for Barker Contracting (BCI), I am able to explore my creativity by offering marketing support, creating proposal packages, advertisements and brochures. I am a part of a company who genuinely cares about its employees. I have been here for over 5 years and the turnover rate for employment here is low. BCI takes care of its employees and is not micromanaging. The environment is casual and our team is supportive of each other. BCI is a great place to work!
