Bill Joplin AC & Heating was the original installer of our HVAC system over 12 years ago. We have maintained their twice yearly maintenance service and so glad we have. This morning, Ryan #273, serviced our system. Great service technician who even unstopped a clogged water line for us, thank you Ryan! The service by Bill Joplin AC & Heating is always highly professional; they are always on time, flexible to the customer's needs, very efficient in their work and most important, review any issue found in detail, give a documented recap report, come prepared to get the job done correctly the first time and very high ethics and most honest!
Over our 12+ years of service I don't think we have spent over $500 over and above the twice annual service agreement. And, when something failed during a hot August night or friged Winter day, they immediately responded and had my home up and running correctly. I HIGHLY recommend everyone to use their service. Having Ryan today reminded me I need to post so others know who they can rely upon for incredible service. Thank You Bill & Service Team

We called Joplin about something minor because their name was on a label on the thermostat. That was 15 years ago and I wouldn't use anyone else. Every time we contacted them over the years, they have been professional, punctual and all of the techs have been respectful of us and our property. Our downstairs units (heating and cooling) failed recently and we decided to replace the entire system including the upstairs units which were still operational but very old. Wally & Steve were awesome. The work was completed efficiently and Wally was very thorough when guiding me through the use of the wifi thermostat. I highly recommend Joplin's.
