Responsive, efficient and honest. I expected to have the chimney inspected then cleaned, but Michael indicated that cleaning was not needed - saving me some money. He pointed out some missing mortar on the top tiles and cracks in the crown that needed repair. Returned the next day and did all needed repairs along with sealing the brick & mortar on all sides of the chimney. Would recommend them without any hesitation.
