I have to give a HUGE shoutout to this company! We called Jeff Brown, the manager, at 7:30pm on a Friday evening thinking we were completely out of luck since the weekend was approaching and it's the busiest time of year for AC companies. Jeff immediately called one of his guys, Andrew, to call us. Andrew was very detailed, respectful, and honest/upfront about cost and procedures. He was able to fit us in his insane schedule and made it to our house by 9am the next day (a Saturday I might add) and took into account that it was our anniversary and we were needing to leave town. That is HUGE relationship building!

We have a 10 year written guarantee from Steve Long at Long Enterprises, now these crooks, in year 8 as these units are needing work, they will not come out and fix any of my 5 A/C units I paid almost $50,000 to install in my home. Beware! Two faced owner!
