We partner with local populations to discover visionaries and leaders who are best able to solve the challenges faced in extreme poverty and disasters. Together we create innovative solutions and strong communities that sustain the human capacity to thrive, turning aid into empowerment and victims into leaders. Vocational and skills development are part of our vision to build capacity and self-sustainability without dependency in disaster and poverty-affected areas. To help the next generation gain the skills they need, RMF supports vocational training and sports programs in Uganda, nursing and midwifery programs in South Sudan and Nepal, a greenhouse livelihood program in Kenya, language workshops in Serbia, and more.
