Report
My garage door spring failed. I called Metro Overhead Door in Vancouver, WA. I scheduled a time for the repair. While I waited I investigated the problem and decided to purchase parts and repair my door myself. I called Metro and spoke with the receptionist, Jill. She stated that they do sell parts to homeowners and secured the TorqueMaster spring assembly. I picked up the part today. I am a DIY person and it's nice to know that this company will offer parts and advice to the homeowner. Thanks, Metro Overhead Doors.
