From the beginning the process was great, Ms. Rachel is very knowledgeable what they say is what they do! They are professional, on time, courteous, well priced, respectful, clean. They cleaned everything up as soon as they were done. My house is heaven now thanks to Gonzalez heating and Cooling. I recommend them highly!
Had Gonzalez come out to check a leak that was being caused by our a/c coil. They came out cleaned our drain pipes and said that it was fixed but that if the leaks continued we might have a cracked drain pan and would need to replace coil/pan assembly (which can be done separately). So later that day the leak came back and I called Gonzalez again. I was asked for info on our system and was told that they were going to give me an estimate to replace the coil/ pan assembly. I agreed and asked for them also to give an estimate on just changing the pan. 3 weeks later. no response. Thankfully Daniel from 7 Days Air conditioning and Heating took our call, came out promptly to check problem and give an us estimate. He ordered the pan then came out yesterday to replace it. Problem solved! No thanks to Gonzalez, and several other "professionals" in town. You have lost one customer for sure and likely the patronage of the 10-12 other people in our family with refrigeration a/c.
