Galliera, Inc. dba Trico Construction was founded in 1973. Since inception, our commitment has been to provide turnkey construction and development services. Trico is a woman owned business with combined management team experience is in excess of 100 years. The company has both Class "B" (General Construction) and Class "A" (General Engineering) licenses in California. Over the past 30 years, Trico complements turnkey commercial construction services with military, state, local and power plant public works projects.
