Scott & Warner Builders

Scott & Warner Builders is a San Francisco Bay Area residential contractor. Since 1988 we have built and remodeled some of the Bay Area's finest homes. We have built our reputation on integrity, superb craftsmanship and hard work. It has been our privilege to work with some of the Bay Area's most creative architects, designers and homeowners. My history with Scott & Warner Builders goes back 18 years. I have watched Scott & Warner grow from a small firm doing relatively small jobs to a major Bay Area construction company doing multi-million dollar projects.

Scott and Warner Builders was established in 1988 by John Scott and Glen Warner, both master carpenters/craftsmen. After scores of projects and years of constant growth, partners Scott Lane and Deena Cunningham oversee operations and continue to lead the legacy of Scott and Warner Builders. The majority of our projects are in San Francisco, including Pacific Heights, Sea Cliff, and the Marina. We also have projects in Marin County, St. Helena, and Portola Valley. Our office is conveniently located in Sausalito.
