W T Durant

Founded in 1997, W T Durant Inc. has built a reputation as a trusted leader in the construction industry, delivering high-quality design and construction solutions for residential and commercial clients in Long Beach and Orange County. With over 40 years of hands-on experience, our founder Bill Durant established the company on principles of craftsmanship, transparency, and client collaboration. Our team of skilled carpenters and subcontractors specializes in custom residential remodels, commercial builds, historical restorations, and bespoke fabrication projects. We maintain rigorous attention to detail throughout every phase, from initial design to final execution, ensuring client visions are realized with precision. Our proprietary project management system provides real-time updates on timelines, budgets, and material selections, fostering trust through complete transparency.

As a family-owned business, we prioritize long-term relationships with clients and partners, contributing to Southern California's architectural landscape through innovative yet timeless designs. Our expertise in navigating permitting processes and coordinating complex construction workflows has made us a preferred partner for both speculative and custom builds. By integrating design drafting in-house, we bridge the gap between conceptualization and implementation, minimizing errors and maximizing efficiency. This commitment to excellence has resulted in hundreds of successfully completed projects, ranging from modern coastal residences to specialized commercial facilities. Our dedication to quality extends to custom fabrication capabilities, including ornamental ironwork and precision-cut architectural elements that reflect each client's unique vision.
