In 2010, as managers of residential, apartment and commercial properties, we found ourselves frustrated with our dependence on multiple vendors who varied in costs and effectiveness to renovate and maintain our portfolio. Out of that frustration we launched APT Maintenance (APT). In 2011, we added a 3rd generation contractor to the team and set out with a singular focus of providing a comprehensive and effective approach to maintaining and improving commercial and residential properties.
