We have bought appliances from Beman's and been very happy with the products they sell. My SpeedQueen washer and dryer set is fabulous and definitely a workhorse. The service has been just okay. Not much communication at all with our microwave they had in their shop for weeks, but they did eventually find the problem and seems to work now. I think experience with service may depend on if they know what the problem is and can fix it quickly.
