Chris showed up at the scheduled time. Since I have 2 Heating units, a tankless water heater and generator, Chris was able to service them all in this at one time under my service contract. Chris was very efficient. He explained to me what he did and what he found with each one. He then made recommendations on what I can do to help keep each one running efficiently. After he was done, he cleaned up the work area and left it better than the way he found it. I highly recommend Franklin Heating if anyone needs service or repairs.
