Personal Touch Services is a locally owned and operated mitigation, restoration and home improvement company. It is a Virginia Class A-licensed contractor. Operating since 1991, Personal Touch Services was bought in 2014 by Rhett Russell, a retired Army officer, and his spouse Lia Russell, a 25-year newspaper journalist. Our mission is to help the residents of the Hampton Roads community experiencing a home crisis or those who just want to make their homes nicer with renovations or additions. Our life experiences and personal and professional backgrounds have instilled in us the values of hard work, integrity and professionalism, with which we serve our customers every day.
We incorporate state of the art equipment, coupled with highly trained certified technicians to minimize removal of materials such as flooring, drywall/plaster walls, and ceilings from your home or commercial structure following water, fire, or storm damage. Our employees are IICRC certified in fire, smoke, water, and odor remediation/restoration. We use the latest state-of-the-art training and equipment to ensure each job is complete. Residential and commercial fires incur water damage from the fire department, and we address this first to prevent mold growth.
